Comments re: Arkansas Medicaid Waiver Request - Work/Engagement Requirements

ACS CAN submitted comments in July 2023 to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) expressing grave concerns about Arkansas' request to create work or engagement requirements in Medicaid.
Our concerns include that the proposed program will interrupt enrollees' continuity of care, deter enrollment in Medicaid, and that the proposal lacks sufficient detail for CMS to approve.
