South Carolina Legislative Update Ending 3/8/13

As the session continues to move forward, debate continues on Medicaid Expansion.  The House will begin debate on the 2013-2014 budget this week and the Senate voted to take furlough for the first time in many years.  Read more in our weekly Legislative Update.
