South Carolina Legislative Update Ending 2/22/13

Another happening week at the South Carolina State House:  Weekly Legislative Update Here! 

This week the House Ways and Means Committee debated and approved a $6.8 billion budget.  There was also a Proviso introduced that would effect funding for Tobacco Prevention, the Best Chance Network, and colorectal cancer screenings.
