Maria Silva Joins ACS CAN ACT! TEAM

Maria Silva has joined ACS CAN's ACT! TEAM as Congressional District 1 Lead. Maria has lived in Las Vegas for almost 30 years and is part of Fox 5's MORE team. Although an active supporter of many local organizations, Maria has a personal passion for cancer advocacy that, after an invitation by ACS CAN CD3 Lead Stacey Escalante, lead her to ACS CAN.

Maria is taking over the CD1 Lead position from interim Lead, Callie Klein. Callie generously stepped  into the newly vacant  position during  the 2010 legislative August Recess! Callie will continue to volunteer her time and talents as part of the ACS CAN ACT! Team.
