2024 ACS CAN Hawaii Cancer Action Day Training

Thank you for joining us to fight for lifesaving laws that will prevent cancer and protect survivors and their families.  Your involvement in ACS CAN Hawaii Cancer Action Day will help improve the lives of thousands of families across our state. 

We're planning an impactful day and want to make sure you have all the materials you need to be successful. 

What to wear: ACS CAN Blue shirt will be provided (or wear the one you have!), casual dress pants/skirt (khaki's okay), and comfortable walking shoes. 

For those of you traveling to Oahu, our morning briefing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Room 437 at the Hawaii State Capitol and a continental breakfast will be available when you arrive. 

Travel/parking: Let us know your plans here. If you are being dropped off at the capitol great! If you need to park at ACS office and carpool to capitol in the morning let me know on the form link here or contact Cynthia ([email protected]/ 808.392.3229). We will be provided a few parking passes at the capitol let me know if you need one. For those flying in, we will do airport pick-ups in the morning - Cynthia will arrange this. 

Meetings will take place througout the day (check your folder for your meeting times provided day of event) with the day wrapping up around 3:00 p.m.
