2021 State Lead Ambassador (SLA) Summit
Welcome to the 2021 ACS CAN SLA Summit website!
This critical annual event convenes our lionhearted leadership volunteers to brainstorm, collaborate, listen and learn, all to ensure we are strengthening and energizing our uniquely powerful grassroots advocacy network through your leadership. Our 2021 SLA Summit represents a virtual space to connect with your peers, share some laughs – and some lessons learned! – and hopefully “log off” with a notebook full of ideas to bring back to your state’s mighty cancer-fighting team.
This year, of course, holds particularly special meaning as we celebrate and honor ACS CAN’s 20th anniversary. If there is a single element that rings true throughout each of these 20 years, it’s that ACS CAN advocates will never stop roaring their voices to demand change, growth and equity for everyone fighting cancer.
