Tobacco 21: Let's raise the sale of tobacco to age 21 in Idaho!

Tobacco 21 Idaho seeks to raise the legal sale age for tobacco products and e-cigarettes from 18 to 21 years of age. By raising the legal sale age for these products, we aim to decrease the burden of tobacco-related illness and healthcare costs to the citizens of Idaho.
