WHEN: Santa Clause and his ACS CAN helpers will visit the New York State Capitol on Tuesday, December 13 from 11:30am to 12:30pm. The tour will begin at the Washington Avenue Entrance to the Capitol. From there, the group will proceed up to the 2nd floor and onward.

WHAT: The Christmas list, which will be delivered to Governor Hochul’s office and shared with state lawmakers, contains the following wishes:

  2. Help patients afford their prescription drugs by signing A1741-A / S5299-A into law
  3. Ensure that ever New Yorker has access to breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening by fully funding the NYS Cancer Services Program
  4. Ensure that every patient who needs it has access to precision medicine by improving access to biomarker testing

WHY: As children across New York prepare and post their Christmas wish lists, Santa Clause is stepping away from the North Pole and joining ACS CAN for a visit to the State Capitol to deliver his personal wish list to Governor Hochul.
