ACS CAN Comments re: Removing Medical Debt from Credit Reports

ACS CAN submitted comments to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau strongly supporting the proposal to prohibit medical debt from appearing on credit reports. We also asked they broaden these protections to include credit reports used in housing and employment, and medical debt from medical payment products/credit cards.
