On April 12, 2016, Montgomery County Council voted unanimously to protect teens from the harmful effects of tanning beds and prevent skin cancer.
A huge thank you to the Montgomery County Council for making your county the second jurisdiction in Maryland to prohibit minors under the age of 18 from using tanning beds.

After months of delay and hard negotiations, Congress has finally passed a funding bill! The bill includes a small increase for cancer research and prevention programs.
