Arizona Lawmakers Come Together to Fight Cancer

Members of the newly formed Arizona Cancer Action Caucus held their inaugural meeting Wednesday afternoon at the state capitol to discuss ways to combat the disease in the state. The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) helped form the caucus, which consists of a bipartisan group of seven state lawmakers. All members have been touched by cancer, including some who are survivors.

Hawaii Cancer Advocates Celebrate Passage of Biomarker Testing Resolution

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the White House announced it is indefinitely delaying finalization of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) proposed rule to end the sale of menthol cigarettes, without mention of eliminating all flavors in cigars, despite an overwhelming amount of evidence demonstrating menthol flavoring is a serious
