We are continuing our Health Equity Series focusing on Healthy Youth: Cancer Prevention for the Next Generation of Alaskans.

Because cancer prevention starts in childhood, we will be exploring how public policy impacts youth risk factors.

We’ll be uncovering some of the unique challenges and opportunities of our state when it comes to cancer prevention for Alaska’s youth, and together we can craft policy solutions that improve the life-long cancer outlook for our family members, friends and neighbors.
