Welcome! Thank you for joining us at the 2025 North Carolina Cancer Action Day. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This page will provide you with all of the resources you need to feel prepared and confident going into the event. This year we are supporting cancer patients by asking our lawmakers to support expanding access to biomarker testing in North Carolina.

- We will meet at the church for a pre-event brief
Parking: Visitor Lot #3 – Also called Green Square Parking Deck on Google Maps
- Entrance at 120 W. Edenton Street
- Once you park, walk across W. Edenton Street to the church's side entrance

8:30 am - Check-in and meet your team
8:45 am - 9:30 am - Refresher training and team break out session
9:30 am - Walk to State Capitol
9:45 am - Group photo by State Capitol
10:00 am - Press conference on Bicentennial Plaza
10:30 am - 2:00 pm – Meetings with lawmakers and staff
11:00 am - 2:00 pm - Lunch with your team at the Legislative Cafeteria
2:30 pm - Check out at tent on Halifax Mall
Pre-Event Training - Required for all attendees to either attend live or view the recording
