Welcome! Thank you for joining us at the 2024 North Carolina Cancer Action Day. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 1st from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This page will provide you with all of the resources you need to feel prepared and confident going into the event. This year we are supporting cancer patients by asking our lawmakers to support expanding access to biomarker testing in North Carolina.

- Legislative Cafeteria, located on the basement level.
Parking: Visitor Lot #1 – Shortest Walk - City block bounded by Wilmington, Jones, Blount and Edenton Streets.
Entrances from Jones and Edenton Street.

6:45 am - Please try to arrive close to this time to allow 15 minutes to park and walk over
7:00 am - Check-in
7:30 am - 9 am - Breakfast with lawmakers
9 am - 10:30 am – Office drop by visits
10:45 am - Gather for group photo ourside the Legislative Building (16 W. Jones Street)
12:00 pm - Dismiss (we may finish early)
