The U.S. Surgeon General Jerome M. Adams today issued a national advisory to parents, teachers and health professionals regarding the skyrocketing increase of e-cigarette use among youth. Surgeon General advisories are used in cases where rapid and urgent action is needed.
The ruling by a U.S. District Court judge in Texas that the Affordable Care Act is invalid because Congress eliminated the individual mandate penalty in last year’s tax reform bill.
