ACS CAN in Alaska won a Supreme Court case on Friday, July 1 regarding smoking in private clubs in Juneau, AK. The court holds that the smoking ban in private clubs does not violate the First AmendmentÈs right of association or the Alaska ConstitutionÈs right of privacy. Congratulations, Alaska!
