Maine Closed Loophole, Strengthened Smoke-free Laws
Maine approved legislation to strengthen their statewide smoke-free laws by eliminating the loophole that allowed certain workplace exemptions. Maine will have 100% comprehensive smoke-free policy when the new law goes into effect on September 8th.
