Join us for Healthy Wyoming Legislative Day in Cheyenne on February 10th.

Agenda

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM Registration 

• Location: Wyoming State Museum – 2301 Central Ave. Cheyenne Wyoming, 82001
  Great opportunity to have some coffee and chat with other attendees. Healthy Wyoming will provide a light breakfast.

• Parking: 398 W 24th Street - you can also park on the street with a 2-hour limit parking, but you will be fined if you don’t move your car within that time frame.  

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Advocate Training

• Attendees will hear from experts about the basics of Medicaid, Advocacy work and the Wyoming Legislature. 

• This high-level discussion will ensure that we all share the same message as we go to meet with lawmakers.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM - Proceed to the Wyoming Capitol Building 

• Location: 200 W. 24th Cheyenne, WY 82001. It’s right across the street and an easy walk – weather permitting!

• A beautiful building that deserves a wander if you have the time.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Lunch with Legislators 

• Location: Capitol Basement in Annex – Map included in information

• Legislators will pop in for a quick lunch - this is our opportunity to share our message.

1:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Lobby Work (optional)

• Healthy Wyoming Board, Staff and Coalition members will be on hand to show attendees how to lobby in the state house.
