Carrie P. Boston is a breast cancer survivor who has been involved with ACS and ACS CAN for 16 years. A retired educator of 37 years, Carrie joined the Black Volunteer Caucus to focus on cancer disparities in marginalized groups and communities.
Carrie has two sons and one grandson. She enjoys dancing, reading, and going to the theater and the movies. Since retiring Carrie has traveled extensively, her goal is to “cover the earth before it covers me.” She has left footprints on six continents, forty-four countries, forty-five states and five of the new seven wonders of the world.
