The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) is the nation's leading advocacy organization working every day to make issues facing cancer patients a national and state priority.
This virtual event will feature a panel discussion on breakthroughs in breast cancer and the importance of the Every Woman Counts Program in providing free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to California’s underserved populations.
Panelists include:
- State Senator Toni Atkins (CA - SD39) - Senate President pro Tempore Emeritus and author of Senate Bill 1213 to expand eligibility for the Every Woman Counts Program

We will also honor our Legislator of the Year State Senator Monique Limon (CA - SD19) for passage of Senate Bill 912 to improve access to Biomarker testing for Californians.
