We can end death from cervical cancer worldwide

Where you live should not determine if you live. But when it comes to cervical cancer, it makes a world of difference.

ACS CAN is calling on Congress to support our efforts to end death from cervical cancer - worldwide.

Today, more than 750 women die every day in low-and-middle-income countries from cervical cancer. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We have the tools and the knowledge to prevent these deaths, once and for all.

Cervical cancer has a huge impact on communities in Uganda, and other low-and-middle income countries. Congress can help save the lives of women like Edith, Elizabeth, Grace, Rose, and others shown here.

Special thank you to the Ugandan Cancer Society for their partnership in collecting these stories.
